Hotline / Office Phone Coverage
Respond to the needs of victims via answering crisis hotline calls, providing office support, assisting with protection orders, attending forensic interviews, assisting Victims Advocates intransorting to shelter, and/or communicating client needs to advocates. This can be done through maintaing a consistent monthly time on the crisis hotline schedule, minimum of a 4-hour block of time outside normal 9 to 5 weekday business hours or providing phone support in the Jasper office as needed, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. Assisting clients with protection orders upon request, allowing 2 hours to complete. Complete contact sheets and other related paperwork when communicating with caller/clients by phone and face to face. *Note: Training does not begin for this opportunity until June.
